Back at Singapore, when we're getting our boarding pass from United Airline, we found out that our luggage bag must be tag with our name for security reason. MAS did it for us in such a way that all bags were tagged under 1 name, thus we have to go down to the loading bay to identify our luggage bag. I must give United Airline a thumb up because they did it with efficiency.
